If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a flexible Refund and Return Policy to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: You may return most items purchased from Luxe Opulent within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

    • Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
    • Returns must include all original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized items (engraved jewelry, custom designs) are non-returnable.
    • Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale” are also not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • Used or worn items will not be accepted for return.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item(s) are defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund, replacement, or repair. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for further details on defective items.


2. How to Return an Item

  • Return Request:

    • To start the return process, please contact our Customer Service team via email at info@luxeopulent.com or call us at 323-643-3038. Be sure to include your order number, the product(s) being returned, and the reason for your return.
    • After receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for the return process. Returns will not be accepted without this RA number.
  • Return Shipping:

    • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • Trackable Shipping Recommended: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items to ensure safe return delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date the returned item(s) are received.
    • The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank policies.
  • Store Credit Option:

    • If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the full amount of your return. This credit will be issued as an electronic gift card, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
    • Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility:

    • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we can process the exchange within the 30-day return window.
    • Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the exchange process. We will provide instructions to ensure a smooth exchange, based on product availability.
  • Out of Stock Items: If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.


5. Special Considerations for Defective or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Goods: If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) for a replacement, repair, or full refund.

    • You may be asked to provide photographs of the damage or defect to verify the issue.
    • For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Warranty Claims: For items discovered to be defective after 30 days, but within the warranty period (1-year for jewelry, 6 months for handbags), please refer to our Warranty Policy for claim instructions. We will repair or replace the item as necessary.


6. International Returns

  • International orders follow the same return process, but customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties and taxes.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring that returns are shipped duties unpaid to avoid any additional charges on arrival.

7. Additional Notes

  • Late Returns: Returns received after the 30-day return window may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Refund Timing: Refund processing may take longer during busy periods, such as holidays, or following major sale events. We will notify you if there are any delays.
  • Gift Returns: If you received a Luxe Opulent product as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, the refund or store credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method, unless otherwise requested.
